Art Beat Miami Opening in 2 Days!
So very excited to be part of this amazing exhibit! I am with 30 local and international artists having their artwork shown in Little Haiti during Art Week Miami. This is a huge moment for me, and a great stepping stone for next year. This is also a great way to end my last semester at Florida Atlantic University. I hope everyone who is able can come to the opening on Wednesday, November 30th. I know it is a weeknight, but it will be well worth it! If you cannot make it to the opening, the exhibit will be up through out Art Basel (last day will be Sunday, December 4th.)
Just a little insight to my piece. It is a series of 3 portraits made with pastels and gouache paint on canvas. It was a response to the recent movement of Black Lives Matter and the subject of racism.
Again, the opening is Wednesday, November 30th at 7pm. It is a free event, with many activities going on as well. Hope to see you there!
